As a follow up to my review. Romano failed to discover the failure of my second transmission while my truck was in their shop for diagnosis. Going so far as to note on my paperwork that with only 3500 miles on that transmission the fluid was darker than normal and smelled burnt yet failing to even pull a fluid sample. The transmission as since been completely overhauled by Terry's transmission a full diagnostic service was performed and the determination was the torque converter failed and took out the internals in the transmission. Even with this information Murad has refused to refund my money and despite repeated requests I've yet to speak directly with the dealer owner. This is by far the worst experience I have had as a customer at any business in my life. Murad seems to be under the impression the dealership has a license to steal. I highly reccomended never buying a replacement ford transmission but definately do not ever trust the service center at this dealership. This is a very poorly managed dealership all the way around.
