They advertise loaner vehicles but have none! New F250 with rear end noise .Asked them to check it out while in for service. Didn’t have time so they said to look at it. Said I had to leave over New F250 with rear end noise .Asked them to check it out while in for service. Didn’t have time so they said to look at it. Said I had to leave overnight. Told them to keep it then but service manager changed her mine and said no.WTH !, After 5 phone calls to service found out the only qualified tech to check u joints / rear end had quit. None of the other 15 techs could look at it for a evaluation. Place is a joke !! Then they tried to charge me for service and updates which should have been free. This is my first and last ford vehicle. Soon as I can order a new Chevy this one will be for sale. Stay away from this dealership . Looks like changing oil is all they do. More

Romano Ford Service Head & Shoulders above the rest I had a long-standing quirky issue with my Ford and I have to tell you that Dave Core, Michael Clemente and their team could not have been better. As I had a long-standing quirky issue with my Ford and I have to tell you that Dave Core, Michael Clemente and their team could not have been better. As my service manager Michael not only kept me updated on their efforts to address and not only that I had a loaner vehicle but he contacted me to see how the loaner was and at one point offered to put me into a new model loaner. He did not have to do that but that just goes to show the level of attention and customer satisfaction coming out of the Service Department. More

Terrible experience My wife And I had the worst car buying experience at Romano Ford. We drove 50 miles and came prepared to buy two vehicles. We spoke to Duane Clark vi My wife And I had the worst car buying experience at Romano Ford. We drove 50 miles and came prepared to buy two vehicles. We spoke to Duane Clark via text about the specific vehicles. The Ford was at his dealership. The Jeep was at a different Romano dealership. He told us he would have the Jeep brought to his location so we could look at both at 7pm. When we arrived he immediately switched us to a different salesman who was friendly but showed us everything but the Ford and Jeep we came to look at. We asked several times about the Jeep but couldn't get an answer as to where it was on the lot. After looking at several cars we asked to drive the ford. He then told us we couldn't. That the ford was sold earlier. So fine "let's look at the jeep." We were told that's at the other dealership, even though Duane Clark said he would have it brought over. So off we went to the other dealership. When we got there they informed us it was sold earlier in the day. This is terrible customer service. They knew both vehicles were not available. No text warning. No phone call. The Jeep would have been there to view if it was available. They knew the Jeep was sold and still sent us on a wasted trip to Romano Toyota. Classic bait and switch. Three hours of my life wasted on these crooks. I'll never set foot on another Romano lot as long as I live. More

The sales representative, Justin Hamad, was terrific. He was very patient with us, and interjected very relevant information at key points. We bought the car with financing, and Justin and the sales manager worked overtime to get us a very low interest rate. Let me just add that whenever I brought my old Fusion to the dealership for service, the experience was always first rate. I would recommend this dealership without qualification. More
