EXCELLENT customer service and HONEST We have had an excellent experience with Rolling Hills Toyota Service. I had some very unfortunate and unexpected mechanical issues with a 2007 Toyot We have had an excellent experience with Rolling Hills Toyota Service. I had some very unfortunate and unexpected mechanical issues with a 2007 Toyota 4Runner and Justin REALLY worked with us to get everything repaired, fixed, and treat us like we were humans. Not once did we feel pushed or bullied to make expensive repairs, and not once did we feel we were being sold repairs that we did not need, and every time EVERYTHING was explained to us. I had called several other dealerships since it was being towed a long ways and chose Rolling Hills because I felt like they would work with us. Some of the other dealerships sounded ok over the phone, but not great, not personable, so we are very grateful for our experience with Rolling Hills. We were not just a phone # to call with an update and a bill to pay. What stands out most is that we knew Justin was HONEST with us every step of the way and we knew that he also had our best interests at heart in helping us work through the issues we had encountered with our vehicle. More

Exemplary Service & Cost To my dismay, I recently brushed my car along the side of my garage door, leaving paint residue all along my vehicle's doors. Fortunately, vivacious Tina at Rolling Hills assured me that all that was needed was buffing and touch-up work. We scheduled an appointment conveniently for the next day and within hours, my now year-old (yet, still utterly gorgeous!) vehicle again appears brand new--and all at the superb price of $75.00! It must be noted that Tina was a veritable dream to work with, being extraordinarily gracious and reassuring. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, Tina!!!! More

I took my car into Rolling Hills for an oil change. The service shop staff were all very friendly and helpful to me! I talked the most to Kevin Selvidge, and he was very polite and helpful. The rest of the staff in the shop were very friendly and nice to me as well! They had my car in and out in less than a half hour and the price was very reasonable! Everytime I go there to get something fixed or get my oil changed EVERYONE is so friendly. I didnt know where to go my first few times and I asked someone and they didnt make me feel stupid when I should hav changed EVERYONE is so friendly. I didnt know where to go my first few times and I asked someone and they didnt make me feel stupid when I should have clearly known how to get there. I also called a specific worker one day but he was not there at the time and a different worker had called me to let me know that it was his day off and asked if there was anything he could do for me and so he helped me out. They all told me that if I ever needed anything or had any questions that I could ask anyone and they could help me out or get to the correct person. I also couldnt sit around one day to get my car fixed and they got me a very nice rental car for free. The repair that they did was great and also free because I was in my warranty period. But I went in there to actually get a recall fixed on my car and when I did he noticed my radio was not working and told me they would fix it but I didnt have the money and he let me know it was still under warranty and they could do it for free. So GREAT customer service and each one I worked with made an effort to get to know me. More
