We started by looking for a Blue Honda Accord in Lincoln and Omaha Nebraska. We were told they did not have one but could get us one from a dealer in the surrounding states. It would, of course, cost us extra to have them get the car for us. My wife, Carol, then started looking for the Accord on line and came across one at Rolling Hills Honda in St. Joes, MO. She worked with Kyle Eck on the internet and came to an agreement with them for the Honda. We went to Rolling Hills and everything was ready for us to go. Josh McCarthy worked with us for the details of the sale and all employees were very courteous and friendly. We will be back to get our next Honda when the time comes. My husband and I were very impressed with the customer service we recieved during out visit. The salesperson Donovan Stewart negotiated well with us. The only negative we found when we picked up the van 2 days later was it had an empty tank of gas and the inside had not been cleaned. Otherwise, we had a great experience. More
I came the dealership because a friend of mine's mom recommended it after hearing that I needed a new car, the sales guy was really helpful. Even though I was just coming to test drive a couple cars bef recommended it after hearing that I needed a new car, the sales guy was really helpful. Even though I was just coming to test drive a couple cars before actually buying one from another place, due to the fact that I'm a college student with very little money. He understood my situation and still allowed me to test drive two vehicles, the Camry and Corolla. He also told me about a program for college graduates that helps you get a new Toyota as a reward for making it through the long and some times arduous four plus years of college. If I could afford a new car from the dealership than I would have probably bought a Toyota today. But the service that I got from the dealers was more than I expected especially in my situation and that really impressed me. More

I just wanted to take a minute to review Rolling Hills Toyota. I usually don’t take the time to do a review, but Danny Atkins deserves some recognition in his customer service skills. This is our fourth Toyota. I usually don’t take the time to do a review, but Danny Atkins deserves some recognition in his customer service skills. This is our fourth Toyota we have purchased, and I have dealt with Danny on every occasion. Our car buying experience with him has never been a high pressure sale, but instead more of laid back and enjoyable experience. I feel like he is also set apart from other salesmen because he takes the time to get to know you as his customer and when we come in he talks to our kids and offers up a hug to say hello. It feels like we are there to catch up with how things have been more so than a high spirited negotiation. I guess if I had to describe him in a sentence, I’d say that I always feel like I’m a special customer, like he’s just waiting for us to come in and that’s a feeling we have not experienced at a car dealership. Great to work with while at dealership. Did not return phone calls. I had questions about key pads not working. After traveling to dealership 35 miles from my home, there was a dispute with the service de phone calls. I had questions about key pads not working. After traveling to dealership 35 miles from my home, there was a dispute with the service department regarding fixing key pads at no cost to me (they did not work from the beginning of picking up the car). I purchased a certified pre-owned Honda with the 12/12 warranty and was led to believe this would be taken care of at no cost to me - service department personnel indicated that there was $100 deductable on work. Shane Silvey was contacted and agreed to pay for the work. Paperwork necessary for car tags and sales tax payment not sent - I had to make a trip to the dealership to pick up paperwork. A friend of mine sold her car at the same time and was told her check would be ready in three days. After calling and talking to 4 - 5 people, she was assured her check was ready. Upon arriving to pick up her check (she was told via her phone conversation to pick it up at the Toyota dealership) at the Toyota dealership (she was told to do this), they told her it would be at the Honda dealership. When she inquired about the check (that was supposedly ready for her to pick up), she was told that it was written to me and that I had to pick it up. Honda makes a quality vehicle and I have owned Hondas for MANY years (actually purchased a new Civic several years ago from your dealership - great experience). This was the worst experience I have ever had with a Honda salesman and dealership. Tom (whose last name I cannot remember - probably because he could not get my name right the entire time we visited both in person and over the phone) was very friendly and helpful, however, the truth was not always communicated to me throughout the process. More
