I investigated every Honda dealer in the region--eight in all, and then we talked to Josh. He sold us. His knowledge of the Accord and all its' features was amazing. I'll tell you Woody, I'm a hard sell, very demanding, and he showed zero sign of fatigue, frustration, or pressure. That's not normal. I can usually ask more questions then you can answer. He never even seemed to feel the heat. Love that. Respect that. We recommend Guy Bloom in Rolling Hills Financing--totally awesome. There is paper work involved in buying a new car. Guy made it sweet; super-clear explanations to complex choices, and all sincerely honestly helpful. Love that. Respect that. Again, why would I whole-heartedly recommend Rolling Hills Honda? I worked with Josh McCarthy to purchase a 2013 Honda Civic EX-L. My initial interaction with Josh was by phone since St. Joseph is about 35 miles form my home. I had tried to purchase a car from a dealer in KC but they seemed uninterested in helping me even though I was ready to purchase immediately. I informed Josh of the car I wanted and although he did not have it on his lot, he indicated he would find it. After a couple of days, josh was able to track down the exact car I wanted and had it delivered to Rolling Hills. Josh and I communicated via email and text message during entire process so I was always aware of what was going on. I did not actually meet Josh until the day I picked up my new vehicle. He was as pleasant in-person as he was over the phone and via email. The car was ready for delivery upon my arrival and the entire paperwork/delivery process took about 45 minutes. This was not my first car buying experience but it was definitely one of the best. I highly recommend Rolling Hills and more specifically Josh McCarthy. It was a pleasure working with someone who valued my time and delivered exactly what was promised at the agreed upon price. More
