I had a routine maintenance appt. for my vehicle, and decided just to browse through the parking lot while I waited because my lease was almost up. Salesman Zac Hammersmith met me in the parking lot right away, and I told him upfront that I was looking, but wasn't necessarily going to buy that day. He visited with me about what I was looking for, and pointed me in the direction of a few options. I didn't want a minivan anymore, but wasn't ready to drop down to a car because of space. I also didn't want to spend a fortune on extra options. He showed me the new Nissan Pathfinder, and I really liked it. All the while, he was not pressuring. I know he wanted a sale, but I felt that he respected that I told him I wasn't sure if I was buying that day. I had my 9yo son with me, and Zac was very patient with him, which I appreciate. I did actually find one in my price range and decided to buy it that day. Zac was very helpful in getting all the paperwork done and getting me all the info I needed for my new vehicle. He has since called to check in and offered to help me if I need anything. Zac was a very kind person and provided me with lots of info about the vehicle, and answered any questions I had. I would recommend him, as he was laid back, but professional, which made me willing to work with him. More

We went to many different dealers and drove various vehicles. We finally found the Toyota Highlander at Rolling Hills and love it! I changed my mind three times before deciding on the Honda CR-V, and then changed my mind a little bit again, going for a 2014 over the 2013. Allison stuck with me like a trooper, happily answering every question under the sun, and making sure that I was happy with my decision.
