My new Ram 2500 Laramie was delivered and the left rear window had several scratches on it. Obviously it wasn’t inspected properly before delivery. I sent a text and emailed my salesman with no response. I contacted Jon Johnson the general manager and he scheduled a service appointment to install a new side window. When the driver returned my truck the driver door handle had a nick in the paint. I called the general manager again to schedule a repair. He stated that the repair would be as good as new when it was completed, it’s not. Even though it was a small chip you can still see the repair and there’s a rough spot in the paint. Jon was very helpful letting me know that he would be off during the repair and had scheduled the pickup and the work. I appreciate that but I’m not happy with the repair. I’ve been without the vehicle twice because of dealership error. More
