Sales was good, but we have constant issues with the service department. Even more disappointing is that when we bought the vehicle here they made a number of promises (backed by marketing materials) ab service department. Even more disappointing is that when we bought the vehicle here they made a number of promises (backed by marketing materials) about how service issues would be handled but after the sale the service department said we can’t honor those. Worse, our vehicle (bought new) has had multiple mechanical issues and recalls so we have had to service it numerous times. Add in the advisor who put his hand on my wife’s leg and we are sorry we bought our vehicle. More

Worst service experience at a dealership that I have ever been involved with. Every step of the way there was another misstep in communication. It started with me being told several times I did not have extended warranty when I did. They had to contact finance to determine that I did have extended coverage. It spiraled down hill from there.
