Was promised a rental vehicle when I brought truck in for all my recalls. One not available. Had asked to do oil change and tire rotation as well. On top of that was asked to do a diagnostic on exhaust full all my recalls. One not available. Had asked to do oil change and tire rotation as well. On top of that was asked to do a diagnostic on exhaust full see dealer light on dash. They stated be $199 diagnostic they preached that in my head. I go to get truck when done and said all recalls oil change tire rotation done. That service light was for the DPF filter again and MAP sensor . Stated it would be $5200 to fix. I asked what caused the DPF to go bad and MAP sensor their words no idea they just do and warranty won’t cover it. I stated one of the recalls y43 was left off at purchase of truck and hear that causes it they stated no. We went back n forth with one another and still couldn’t answer what or why I have so many issues with DPF filling up I stated many people are having issues it’s a known issue. I paid for tire rotation my oil and recalls were covered no cost due to recall and oil package. They never charged me the diagnostic fee of $199 that they absolutely preached to me that I needed to pay if had them look even if found no issue . Found that weird as I never got charged like they stated. Also no where on the ticket did it say I even asked them to look at doing a diagnostic nor did it state the cause or test they ran . Not the cost of what it would be to fix said items. Now it did say upon check in on that paper I wanted it checked . I have always had great things to say about this dealership till now they dropped the ball and no answers at all. They have even been reached out to by Chrysler Corporation as I filed a case through them. Chrysler has stated they have made multiple calls to dealership and to service rep and no response no answer no call back. I’m still waiting for Chrysler as they stated now their going to reach out to the owner as they have no response. I’m awaiting for an answer back as we speak . I felt like I have been let down not only as a customer that has all matiance taken care of by them. But as well as felt let down in whole from ram Chrysler in whole as I was told by not having them fix this issue and if continue driving the truck can do harm internally. I have been without a vehicle now for over 3 weeks . I’m now am at the point of seeking outside assistance maintenance for my truck to be able to have a vehicle to drive as nothing has been done by this dealer nor no answer from Chrysler as they can’t even get the dealer to answer calls nor call them back. Very xxxx poor service and customer service in my eyes More

Slow and minimal customer service. Wouldn’t return calls. Finally when someone did answer they didn’t know who to send call to no manager in repair department. Prices are astronomical now & even with extended coverage, why should customer have to pay the difference in labor cost. My husband & I both currently drive diesel Rams. We will never step foot back in this dealership & will share this disgrace of a Service Department with our friends and anyone who asks. More
