I have purchased two Rams from great salesmen taking less than 2 hours each.Lealand is very nice in the service dept. The Dealership seems very clean. I have no reason to go anywhere else. I purchased my 2018 Ram 3500 from Roger Williams brand new with all the typical dealer promises. "come in for service and we will place you in a loaner car anytime." I also purchased the extended warran new with all the typical dealer promises. "come in for service and we will place you in a loaner car anytime." I also purchased the extended warranty that has the 100,000 mile limitation. Not once have I gotten a loaner and now on my last visit I was told by my service adviser Leland that I had to leave my truck there for 9 days before it would even be looked at. He informed me that they cant do appointments because of the no shows. Since I'm waiting nine days before it gets looked at it does not appear that your hurting from business from the no shows. When dropping off my truck the tv screen on the ceiling had several names on it showing their appointment times. Very odd. My back up camera still does not work due to an intermittent short that never does it while at the dealership for two years now. Leland was my service advisor as well for that issue and I did video the issue two years ago and emailed Leland when it did it the last time. The email I sent was dated 8/2/2021. He did find that email. This last time it did it on my way home and I emailed Leland the new video to which he still has not responded. I am a local insurance agent of 35 years and my clients are important to me. Last week Leland called my office to verify coverage on one of our mutual clients. While verifying coverage Leland informed me that our client needed a loaner car and just needed to verify coverage before letting them leave from dropping off their vehicle needing service. I did not bring up how I never get a loaner because that would lack professionalism and I do not believe in causing issues between my client and your dealership. But, since you sent me this survey maybe you can take this information and use it to improve some issues with your service department or at the very least improve communication. This is not a knock on Leland as he is professional and nice. I am sure he is just doing as told from management. More

I switched to Roger Williams because I was unhappy with the service from Moritz. I could drive across the street to Moritz or take my entire fleet to Roger Williams which is a 30+ minute drive and I choose the service from Moritz. I mainly go to Roger Williams because my service advisor Leland is such a great guy and I know that I can trust what he says. I assume the rest of the service crew is good as well; the folks that I have encountered have been very nice and welcoming. More

Had Saturday morning appointment. Service was very quick, and employees were very nice and efficient. BUT Drain plug was not tightened. Oil leaked until I had it fixed.
