Roger Williams Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

Someone hit me. Had to have alignment and wheel/stakes fixed. Fort Worth Hwy said I had to take it to Washington st. I pick it up after them doing the work and I HAD TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS COVERED BY INSURANCE BUT THE FW Hwy didn’t want to take and Washington shop said they don’t do insurance. She wouldn’t let me have my truck until paid. WHI DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS??? You do I guess!!! So Allstate said I shouldn’t have paid for it as they have a set price!!!! If this is over the agreed upon price I want refunded the difference and I won’t be doing business with you again!!!!!! More

Well I went in with a truck that I bought from there and told them when I got it that I wanted all the emissions covered under warranty. Then I take my truck in with emissions problems and they not only cha told them when I got it that I wanted all the emissions covered under warranty. Then I take my truck in with emissions problems and they not only charge me over $200 to look at it but also was not covered. Then tried to add all kinds of stuff on to the bill other than what I told them to look at. I’ll never buy a truck or do any business with them again! More
