By far the worst experience with a business I have ever had. I dropped my truck off for a check engine light which appeared less than one week after a factory recall repair performed here. After a week with no update, I called and was told there was no update and was hung up on. My brother called and asked to speak with a manager, who told him he would put the keys in the truck and we could pick it up anytime and also hung up. A week later, we called for another update with a similar response. The third week, we were told a wiring issue had occurred but they "took care of it" and also there an emissions issue. After some more prodding, we found out they had not looked at the truck and did not know what was going on. I picked up the truck the next day and took it to an independent diesel shop who diagnosed the issue within two days. I have never been hung up so many times, or received so much suspicious and untrue information. Very disappointing, especially for a dealership. More
