I am a dedicated, faithful Ford customer and have been for the past 30 years. I did business with Keeter's in Shelby for many years then Mr. Keeter got sick and had to sell. Crossroads bought them, no foul most of my main people stayed all was fine then Classic bought them. They run all my friends and all the good employees off and yes now a customer. I am at Shiflett now because of Cindy Baily who left and went to work here. She is the best service advisor I have ever worked with and I am going with her. All of that said I am happy with this dealership, very impressed and I am glad I am there. I will soon be in the market for a new Ford and will happily deal with them. As for the service it was perfect, got in when I needed and they fixed everything right the first time no issues.
