I have been seeking a specific used vehicle for a while now and have been given a BIG runaround by a LOT of my local area dealerships (Charlotte, NC). It had been a really terrible experience until I foun now and have been given a BIG runaround by a LOT of my local area dealerships (Charlotte, NC). It had been a really terrible experience until I found Roger Shiflett Ford. The experience so far has been wonderful! No gimmicks. No hard sales. No pushy people or tactics. I felt truly at ease walking in there by myself (I'm a female) and never, ever got the runaround! They made me feel welcome and important and truly listened to me, unlike most other dealerships. The exterior of the business is just as fancy as other dealerships. The part I liked the most was the interior of the sales office. It's older. It's worn. It has character, but, most importantly, I can tell they invest their money back in their people and their customers, instead of trying to use some flashy, over-the-top office... it's good ol' boys doing good ol' business. My sales consultant, Jamie Wylie, has been there for 12 years! That's saying something! Most dealerships have tons of turnover. To me, if a dealership has staff longevity - it's doing something right. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I am VERY pleased with the experience and will DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone! If you are tired of the runaround and pushy salespeople at other lots - come check this one out.
