She demonstrated professionalism, extensive knowledge, patience, and a non-pushy approach, making our car-buying experience seamless. Cristina accommodated our requests for multiple test drives and proactively prepared the vehicle we were interested in, ensuring a smooth process. Her excellent communication and pleasant demeanor made her a pleasure to work with. We were also impressed with Jordan's efficient and fair handling of the finance side of the deal. After comparing with major dealerships in Texas, including those in San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas, we found Roger Beasley Mazda to offer the best combination of quality and value. We highly recommend Cristina Caceres and the dealership to anyone seeking a hassle-free and satisfying car-buying experience. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and fair business practices sets them apart from the rest. 5/5 stars! 🚗👍 More
It had been 12 years since I bought a car so I wasn’t excited about it. I had been to 3 other dealerships and was even less excited after those experiences. Cy Stone at Roger Beasley Mazda was absolutely excited about it. I had been to 3 other dealerships and was even less excited after those experiences. Cy Stone at Roger Beasley Mazda was absolutely wonderful. He was patient and attentive. He listened to me. (Listening: a lost art.) Cy’s managers were also great to work with. Low key. No pressure. And they worked with me getting my own financing through my credit union. Signing the paperwork was fast and painless too. Go to Roger Beasley Mazda Central and ask for Cy. You’ll be glad you did. The few vehicles that had pictures of the vehicle I searched only had pics of the outside of the vehicle. who cares as I can see this driving by Mazdas around town or in their lot. I want to see what they look like on the inside. Must be very pathetic if they are scared to picture the inside or as I said who is getting paid for doing nothing! More
This is the best experience I've had with a dealership all around. I would highly recommend this dealership, and that's despite my cynicism with the automotive sales/service industry, so that's saying som all around. I would highly recommend this dealership, and that's despite my cynicism with the automotive sales/service industry, so that's saying something. They're definitely doing something right. I usually expect pushy salesmen, sleazy sales tactics, and unknowledgeable service advisors that communicate poorly. Instead this is what I found: Sales: Our salesman Cy Stone was very level headed, cool, and casual. He didn't try to push us in any direction, he simply helped us search for the specific cars and features we were looking for and let the cars, features, and prices do the talking without any of the xx you typically find at some dealers. It was great to feel he was there to facilitate the process, not to manipulate us into buying something. Cy made us feel comfortable and we were able to buy the car we wanted. Service: Our service representative Matthew Swarztkopf was very courteous and a good communicator. He operated with a sense of urgency that I haven't gotten at other dealers. He made me feel like I was actually important and valued, instead of just another line item to process for the day. I appreciate that is hard to do when he's handling so many customers every day, and that's good customer service. I really loved that this service center sends you a detailed video showing the work they're doing and explaining at a good level of detail what's happening. As someone who works on cars himself, it's great to see the mechanic actually doing their job properly and putting in attention to detail. I could even see in the video that they draped a protective towel over my car just so the battery charger cable doesn't touch the paint. I can never get enough info from other dealers about what they did or found on my car. Usually other service advisors give me very unclear summaries, I cannot get information directly from the mechanic, and I sign an invoice with a 1 sentence summary of the work done. This mechanic, however, wrote a nicely detailed report in the invoice describing everything he tried when diagnosing the electrical problems I had. Beyond: The general manager Eric Smith was really the star of our experience. We had an unfortunate incident with a car we purchased from them, and Eric went WAY WAY out of his way to help us find a solution. He went so out of his way to help us that I can't even describe it here because it's not the level of service that he can give to everyone, so I will not reveal what he did for us. But it just shows that Eric truly cares about customers as people, not just as a business, and I'm certain that mentality shows through in the way this dealership runs their business. I am not surprised that my experience with their sales and service departments have been great. Really beyond expectations, and I have pretty high expectations. More
Michael was very responsive and straightforward throughout the entirety of our car buying process. I drove from Houston and would be willing to again when I need a car again in the future. throughout the entirety of our car buying process. We’ve purchased 2 vehicles from Roger Beasley, the first was 8 years ago and it went okay but just a year after buying the vehicle the paint began to oxidize (vehicle was 6 years old) and the door locks sto was 8 years ago and it went okay but just a year after buying the vehicle the paint began to oxidize (vehicle was 6 years old) and the door locks stopped working. This year we decided to buy a Mazda so we found the one we liked at Roger Beasley Mazda Central. We came in and decided to purchase the vehicle. We waited over an hour for our trade in to be assessed. We accepted their trade in value and was presented with a price sheet that included warranty charges of $2000 and $1000 that we never discussed. I told them to remove those options. Another 30 minutes later they brought a new price list with a price reduction of $1000 and a charge of $2172 for their warranty. It was easy for them to reduce the price because our car is a repaired hail vehicle. I decided to purchase the wrap warranty (although I did not care for the way it was presented to me, it was confusing) along with their $700 maintenance plan. We did a wire transfer from our bank to them on Friday around 3:00. The salesman, Nawaar, said that he would be in communication with us, he wasn’t. The wire cleared Saturday morning. I did not hear from Nawaar, so I texted him at 2:24 on Saturday. He said he would get back to me, he didn’t. I texted him again. I texted him on Monday morning, hours later he responded that our car was ready. We came to the dealership at 12:30. It took 2 hours to finish our paperwork. Nawaar told us our car was ready but it was not washed nor fueled. He went and filled the tank and come in and told us our car was ready. He did not show us to our car so we tried to find it with the key fob. We couldn’t find it so we had to ask another salesman. Once we got in our car we noticed 2 sets of keys for other vehicles on the lot. We were kind enough to return them. I could not recommend this dealership. More
