Great salesman! Salesman was great to work with. Only problem was whoever detailed the car put the key in the pickup cover and broke it off in the lock. We didn’t f Salesman was great to work with. Only problem was whoever detailed the car put the key in the pickup cover and broke it off in the lock. We didn’t find this out until we drove away and stopped for food. We know the key was broken during detailing because it worked when we were shown the car. Luckily, we were able to pull the key out with pliers ourselves. We didn’t go back to the dealership upon discovery of the broken key because the dealership closed when we left (9:30 pm on a Friday night) More

Lynelle Lansford took care of my vehicle service needs Dropped off car at 8am, Heath was my advisor, got a call afternoon from Rich that Heath had gone home ill and he would take over. 10,000 mile service and more! It was the first time I used the new service center, and I was very impressed with the service. Mirna did an outstanding job from the moment I pulled It was the first time I used the new service center, and I was very impressed with the service. Mirna did an outstanding job from the moment I pulled my vehicle in for what was to be a 10,000 mile service. She discovered a problem with the battery (extreme corrosion) on one of the posts. As it turned out the battery and wire harness had to be replaced. The only inconvenience was a longer wait for my vehicle, but considering the fact that it could have stalled somewhere in this heat, I was extremely pleased that it was taken care of on this visit. Mirna kept me up to date through the entire process which made it more bearable. Thank you Mirna. More
