Darren explained were to go and said that he would call over to them and let them know I was coming. I drove next door and they didn't have a clue and when I asked about how long the guy said that I would be in the order of when I came in. I told him I had an 11:00 appointment, he said about an hour to 2 hours. So I don't think it was based on my appointment. All turned out okay. More
