Best Service Department in the Valley I've gone to multiple different dealerships for service on my 2014 Ford and none have met the quality, timeliness and customer service at Rodeo Ford. I've gone to multiple different dealerships for service on my 2014 Ford and none have met the quality, timeliness and customer service at Rodeo Ford. There is another dealership less than 5 miles from where I live and, although I tried them twice, I still drive the 30+ minutes to Rodeo because they can 't be beat. I've always been treated well and have never had problems with their service. Bonus: they give a military discount unlike the other dealerships I've visited. More

Service Recovery My first experience with Rodeo Ford was not what I was expecting and I was extremely upset with the lack of communication and the way I was treated. I My first experience with Rodeo Ford was not what I was expecting and I was extremely upset with the lack of communication and the way I was treated. I arrived for my 9:00 am appointment and told to wait and I would be in contact with a service employee but instead waited for an hour and nobody came to talk to me about my appointment. I left the dealorship and was going to a different dealor when I thought I need to talk to the service manager and express my concern. I talked to Jerry and he listened to my concern and offered to come and get my vehicle at my home and then return it when the repair was completed. Jerry was instrumental in correcting the problem and because of this he demonstrated that Rodeo Ford does care about its customers and I would not hesitate to take my vehicle there again. Nice job Jerry!!!! More
