I’ve been going here for over fifteen years, and it used to be a great location, but it has been going downhill over the last couple of years. I had a fuel gauge issue that I had to take my F-150 back for to be a great location, but it has been going downhill over the last couple of years. I had a fuel gauge issue that I had to take my F-150 back for about five times over the course of about 3-4 months. Every time they said it was fixed, I’d come to get it and I could plainly see it was still doing the same thing. Every time they insisted it needed to reset. I even brought them video footage and a link to a Ford forum that explained what the likely problem was, but they continued to insist their diagnostics said otherwise. Finally, after my warranty expired, I brought my truck in again and was able to get them to fix what I told them the likely problem was. A filter of sorts in the gas tank filler port for those of you wondering. They tap danced around that issue a bit, but my truck has been fine since. Just this past week, I tried to make an appointment to have my oil changed and have my AC looked at. They said they could get my oil changed the next day, but would need my truck for 7-10 days just to inspect the AC. Toyota had my wife’s car in and out in a day for a fuel pressure leak, blown radiator and hoses, and a thermostat replacement. Rodeo needs 7-10 business days just to figure out what’s wrong with my AC? That’s garbage scheduling. More
I brought in my 2020 Super Duty for it's first Quick Lane Oil Change, I was promptly met by Felicia Webb and her smiling face. She listened to what I had to say and then confirmed the requests while stating Oil Change, I was promptly met by Felicia Webb and her smiling face. Felicia took the time to review the procedures that were done and asked if I had any questions and being that I did not she made sure on how to contact her if I did later on. It was a pleasure dealing with another professional. More

Excellent service Quick Lane at Rodeo Ford did a great job in the repair of my water pump leak.
