I still do not have my truck yet , was called an told it was ready for pickup, but on arrival , started truck and engine light still on , its still at the dealership , something about the DEF was removed a was ready for pickup, but on arrival , started truck and engine light still on , its still at the dealership , something about the DEF was removed an exhaust modified , but this was done before I purchased as it was sold to me with these modifications which I did not know until after the purchase a month or so later , if there is an issue then maybe you need to replace the truck with an identical truck as I need it back More

Very quick, knowledgable, and competent service department. I started going to Rod Hatfield after the service center closer to me gave me the run around on a warranty issue. They strung me along department. I started going to Rod Hatfield after the service center closer to me gave me the run around on a warranty issue. They strung me along for 4-5 months. Rod Hatfield took care of it in 3 days. Highly Recommend! More
