Our 11-year old F 150 broke down on the Tuesday evening of Thanksgiving week while on vacation. We were stranded for about 3 hours in Pigeon Forge before the tow truck arrived through AAA. While sitting there waiting, we went ahead and called the Rocky Top Ford dealer to inform them our truck was being towed there. Chris, in the Service Department, answered and was so kind. We were naturally upset about our truck, but he was so calming and helpful. He did keep in touch with us on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving day. They had to go to Knoxville to obtain the part. We were so thankful that they were able to complete the repairs on Friday by 1:30 pm in order for us to head back to Ohio. We truly appreciate the mechanics who worked on our truck and Chris for being such a wonderful man. We truly feel that he was a God send! Thank you to everyone who had a part in getting our truck repaired, and keep up the good work! So thankful!! The dealership was beautiful! More
I’m reviewing there service department. 2 times I’ve called about services on on the trans and newest on recall on Takata airbags. I’m not supposed to drive the car. They never return my ca 2 times I’ve called about services on on the trans and newest on recall on Takata airbags. I’m not supposed to drive the car. They never return my call on both issues. I guess they don’t want my business. The airbag is a very important issue.Now I have to find a dealer farther away. More
Wasted a bunch of time trying to purchase a new vehicle, only to eventually give up because they are unable to accurately calculate an out of state lease. As a returning customer I am very disappointed Interested in a new Maverick and they had two in transit and assured me they would call me when they arrived. Salesman said he forgot and apologized. He said he had another vehicle coming in and would call. Never received a call and I see vehicle was sold. Called sales manager to ask for his help and never returned my call. Dealerships is in new building & clean. Our salesman seemed nice & all. But payments they offered was too high compared to other places I looked at. They did not counter offer. Most times I have purchased cars they would not go all the with what ultimately wanted in price or payments. But they would come down. Would try for my business. Meet somewhere in the middle. This place felt more like take it or leave it. Shame because I liked the car. More
Very poor service on our f350 dually. Took in for service before we left on trip pulling our camper. Got home and noticed the tire pressure was not right on the rear wheels. Took to our local tire shop to put air in the inside rear wheel and found out that 4 lug nuts were just barely on. He checked the front for us and 1 of those was the same way. Good thing we checked before leaving town. Will not use them again. More
I've taken my vehicle which I purchased there 2xs for routine service and every time I've been told it needs else something done. The first time was new rotors and breaks. Upton my husband and father who is a retired garage business owner for 30 yrs said they were like new and didn't need replacing.This would of cost 500.00 and didn't need replaced. Then it was an oil change and was told CV joints leaking. Nothing wrong again..Just $ racket. And was charge 72.00 for a basic oil change. More
Bought a used VW. Test drove it with the salesman in the backseat. Husband is incredibly knowledgeable about cars so he fully inspected it as did I & all looked great. They didn’t want to negotiate much AT ALL on the price which is unusual based on every car we’ve ever owned. After we agreed to price & signed to purchase, the car was taken to get gassed up & “detailed” while the financing Dpt tried selling us an extended warranty. We declined that & went to lunch. Came back & the car was ready. Husband got not even 5 minutes from the dealership when he called me (I was driving our car back) & said there was a large crack in the windshield. We were absolutely shocked because when we test drove it, the crack was not there. It was like a large rock smacked the windshield only NOT WHILE IT WAS IN OUR POSSESSION. Husband called immediately & of course they said they would do nothing because we purchased the car used. We paid CASH for this vehicle & to add insult to injury, they only washed up the exterior of the car & didn’t bother to touch the interior. Worst experience ever with a dealership. Will never go here again. More
