Our 11-year old F 150 broke down on the Tuesday evening of Thanksgiving week while on vacation. We were stranded for about 3 hours in Pigeon Forge before the tow truck arrived through AAA. While sitting there waiting, we went ahead and called the Rocky Top Ford dealer to inform them our truck was being towed there. Chris, in the Service Department, answered and was so kind. We were naturally upset about our truck, but he was so calming and helpful. He did keep in touch with us on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving day. They had to go to Knoxville to obtain the part. We were so thankful that they were able to complete the repairs on Friday by 1:30 pm in order for us to head back to Ohio. We truly appreciate the mechanics who worked on our truck and Chris for being such a wonderful man. We truly feel that he was a God send! Thank you to everyone who had a part in getting our truck repaired, and keep up the good work! So thankful!! The dealership was beautiful!

We got what I believe was a fair deal on a new 2023 Ford Maverick. The paperwork was completed quickly. We really like our new truck.

Awesome experience at Rocky Top Ford in Sevierville! Jen Wheeler has the service department running smoothly. The mechanics are incredible and fixed both issues on my 2018 Explorer recall list at no charge. They got my Explorer road trip ready and provided a rental car until it was finished. This place is under new management since the last time I visited and I will definitely be going back to do business with them. I am local and I am so thankful to have these guys and gals on my side!
