Bernie was a pleasure to deal with, spent a lot of time discussing the car the various scenarios, buying leasing et al. Everyone in the dealership was very pleasant to work with and I will definitely go back next time I am the market for a car. Drove home with my new Rogue. More

They just want to sell a car, that's it,no work ethic, no responsibilities,no customer service,NOTHING. I bought my truck from them on October 2016,this is the WORST WORST WORST experience as I ever had. I told them I don't need ANY warranty but when I saw the contract they put $4500 extended warranty on it. I shocked and asked them the reason.The salesperson Mitch Gordon said "sorry I thought Lue(finance person) told you about the warranty" and Lue said the same.They said don't worry after 90 days you can come here and cancel it, then you will receive the whole amount. After 90 days went there and Mitch brought me a cancellation form and I signed it.He said after 60 days the refund check will send to your lender.Two months later nothing happened.I called them and they said don't worry, next month you'll receive it.Again one month later nothing happened.I called Nissan extended warranty and they said the dealership didn't send us the proof of mileage and we ask them 2 times to send it. Finally after several days that I followed up with them I figured out that my salesperson Mitch Gordon didn't give me the form (proof of mileage) to sign and the dealership didn't response to notifications.I called them (Rockland Nissan) several times, at least left 6 voice messages for different departments but nobody gave me call back.It was horrible and I was clueless and disappointed. Then I started Following up with Nissan consumer affairs and after ONE YEAR finally I received the refund but unhappily not the whole amount. I've paid interest at least 8 months because THIS DEALERSHIP didn't do the job efficiently. STAY AWAY from them, they're not honest, not responsible, not efficient. More

He also made for me few important requests to the insurance company since it was Columbus Day and my local insurance agent was off. Very patient and friendly. I am satisfied with the service of Sale Rep Dan Labodin - professional, honest, right to the point, attentive to our needs. Sincere 'Thank you' from our family! Nice to deal with the manager Tim O'Keefe - it's actually our 2nd time dealing with him. The first time (1.5 y ago) was a random choice, this time we picked him intentionally. Thank you Tim! I am satisfied with the service on the sale side. Very positive experience! Not so smooth and pleasant was finance department experience, they try to trap you into the highest interest rate - much higher than on market, and definitely higher than fits to your personal high credit score and good down payment. This is the worst service we have ever received at any dealership. They have hidden fees that they do not advertise, and they they become blatantly rude when they are not getting anywhere with you. They were also not transparent about the issues with the car that was on their a lot, and they wanted us to eat up the cost of fixing the problems that the car already had. I would be very leery of even going to this dealership, it is a disgrace for Nissan. Their customer service is also very horrendous because there is no one to tell you where to go when you drive in and walk in. This was such a waste of our three hours there and 4hr drive. They plain SUCK! They removed their fees for us then added them back on when we instead they give us a car with tires that would just pass inspection. They are as crooked as crooked gets. More
