False advertisement Called about buying a truck, sales person gave me a price. Went test drove the vehicle and loved it. I double checked the price and 5 staff members said it was the price I was told on the phone. After they ran my credit and put an inquiry on my credit report, they came back and said the vehicle was $10,000 more than the original price and was not negotiable. Spoke with management and finance department and they told me there’s nothing they can do and try another dealer. Now Iam stuck with a mark on my credit and no vehicle. I will never do business with them ever again. Also heard this from many others as well, if you do go there, I suggest getting things in writing before submitting any paper work... crooks More

Between Tim O’Keefe and Bernie Drexler I am able to continue to purchase vehicles from Rockland Nissan knowing I’m in good hands. To date Daniel has not reached out to me with my status. I went there in person sat for over an hour no one came to talk to me. I left numerous emails and voice messages for Daniel to this date I have never heard back from him. I am very disappointed in the service. I can't say customer service because they refuse to allow me to be a "customer" . More
