I have been leasing Nissans for over a decade from same dealer. My dealer recently closed so I did quite a bit of research to find my next dealer. Rockland Nissan is head and shoulders above the rest, and I searched from Queens to the whole Westchester County. I was taken care of by JC Daniels who is just phenomenal. He gives you a fair price, prompt and outstanding service. The whole process was smooth and awesome, I was in and out with a new Murano in no time. I will be leasing from JC and Rockland Nissan for a long time. I had a great experience working with JC at Rockland Nissan. I went in on 11/27/2020 to purchase a new Frontier. Went with my granddaughter to lease a Rogue Sport. The salesperson was very young and pretty clueless. I’ve leased multiple cars over the last 25 years, but this was a classic example of every cliche abo salesperson was very young and pretty clueless. I’ve leased multiple cars over the last 25 years, but this was a classic example of every cliche about car salesman being sleazy. The manager negotiated the deal, which included paying the last 2 months of the current Honda lease. This was made crystal clear from the onset. Of course, they never paid it, which she discovered when she received a late bill. Then came the chase, no return calls and being lied to repeatedly. It was the an extreme example of dishonesty, lack of integrity and total incompetence. Definitely, a dealership to be avoided!! More
Too many problems to list..from being told different things about my warranties then what was told the day I purchased the vehicle. Mind you I brought 4 vehicles in cash in full with 3 cars with 5 year things about my warranties then what was told the day I purchased the vehicle. Mind you I brought 4 vehicles in cash in full with 3 cars with 5 year warranty and one with a one year warranty and each time a new problem happens.I would not recommend going there. You get treated differently from the purchase date to when you go back in for anything else More

Finally I got on the phone with someone named Bill, I wouldn’t be so sure it’s a real name. I got yelled at and disrespected, when I mentioned that I am still a customer, the gentleman told me that I am nobody. I will never go back to Rockland Nissan and advise everyone I know to never deal with this disgusting place. I am going to research Nissan Corporate customer service because what happened today is outrages. More
Three years ago I leased a Murano SL and although the pricing was excellent the overall experience was bad. Now that my lease is expiring, I need a new car. I decided to give Rockland Nissan another chance since time has passed and no point in holding a grudge. Unfortunately, nothing has changed and customer service/relations is still awful. Emails and phone calls went unanswered or delayed by far too many days. Unlike other dealerships that contacted me immediately and had great follow up, Nissan Rockland could care less. Thankfully, competition in our great society still thrives and I have a number alternative dealership to give my hard earned dollars too. More
My 1st experience in 2017 was phenomenal (unfortunately my salesman doesn’t work there anymore) but I went back in July 2020 and it was horrible. They are money hungry and don’t care about customers. Miguel is awesome. He went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I lease a car. However, I can’t say the same for the rest of the company. I called them because me and my fiancé were both impacted by the fiancé and I lease a car. However, I can’t say the same for the rest of the company. I called them because me and my fiancé were both impacted by the pandemic and lost our jobs. I called to see what could be done about our lease. Instead of being understanding and explaining procedures to me, I was told “Well if you can’t afford it drop it off” and I would have to pay a huge fee that was basically the rest of the car loan. I understand if that is Nissans policy, but do you have to be condescending and demeaning toward me. The man who controls the loans was nothing but rude and made me feel beneath him. As far as Nissan goes, I find it very sad that they are willing to postpone payments if you buy a car with everything going on because of the pandemic, yet they do nothing for their leasing customers. I will never go with this car brand ever again. I highly suggest you do your research before making any moves with this dealership and Nissan in general. More
