I dealt with Jean Fede in the past and was impressed by his debonair personality. He wasn't pushy or brash. He listened to what I was looking for and put me in the right vehicle. The second time I went back, I dealt with Tom. He too was pleasant. I've been contemplating on switching vehicles and walked in to "ask questions". I saw Jean and went straight to him. He answered my questions and next thing you know, I'm choosing a color. :-) The Finance Manager, Jaime Casanova was just as wonderful as Jean. He made it easy in my decision-making. He worked with me and my budget and kept me where I wanted to be with hardly any money down... now THAT'S IMPRESSIVE! Trade In I leased a maxima in 2016. I love the car however, from time I picked up the car I was extremely unhappy with the color. When I test drove the car i I leased a maxima in 2016. I love the car however, from time I picked up the car I was extremely unhappy with the color. When I test drove the car it was a sunny day and the color Bordeaux was beautiful. The sales man didn't tell me in the dark the car would look black. I told them at Nissan when I went in for my first oil change that I loved the car but was unhappy and wanted the white. They couldn't work out a deal that was acceptable to me at that time. I recently went in for my second oil change and told them again how I loved the car but hated the color. The sales manager and salesman worked hard to get me into the white maxima with the same monthly payments. I am extremely happy and couldn't have thanked them enough. My friend is interested in the Maxima and she knows of my experience and will definitely go to Nissan of Rockland. More
