Excellent all around i have nothing negative to say about my experience at Rockland Nissan. they were very polite from the second that i pulled on to the lot. Everyone inside was very knowledgeable about all aspects of every vehicle i was interested in. they were not pushy and tried to force me into something like other dealerships did, they asked if i had any specific requests and found the perfect car for me. this was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own and numerous people helped me with everything i needed to know and helpful information about things i did not. Price wise they beat all competitors and worked out a reasonable price that fit my budget. i already have recommended my friends and family to this dealership. they were great all around. More

Not So Good I came into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted to buy right down to the options. Our salesman took our "True Car" certificate to have an of I came into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted to buy right down to the options. Our salesman took our "True Car" certificate to have an offer written up. The first offer was a low price on our trade. So he went back took it back to have another one written up and get a better price for our trade. In doing that, they used their True Car certificate price instead of the one we brought in. We did not notice this until we came home and we're going over the invoice. We do believe we got a good price but they should have explained that the "true car" discount had changed. My husband sent our salesman an email questioning the price of the car. Later that day a person describing himself as a Sales Manager called my husband asking How dare you question us. You got a good deal. You have no right to question our integrity. Our salesman did a great job finding just what I wanted. I wanted several options that I had ordered for the car the day I bought it. Our salesman checked with service and they said they would need to order 2 of the items. The day I went to pick up the car they did not have the options that they ordered. But they wanted me to pay for ALL of the parts. I did not feel comfortable paying for something I did not get. The Service Manager (do not remember his name) told me that I had to pay for the options in full before they could order them. Nothing was said about this when I ordered the options. TOO MUCH BAIT AND SWITCH ON THIS DEAL. More

it was a good experience I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Michael Britt. He asked me what I was looking for. we went outside to look at the inventory. He showed me what he had on the lott and also took me to two off site lotts. I found the suv I was looking for. It did have a small problem, the roof rack had a small scuff on it. I was looking to add the optional crossbars and I liked the black roof rack which was not available on this model. Michael said to me not to worry he would have the roof rail painted black and would order in the black cross bars. It looks awesome. Michael worked up the price for the suv and the few added items. I agreed on the price. Three days later i picked up my New Nissan Rogue sl. Thank you Michael for going beyond and making a happy costumer. More
