Initially brought my car in to have a faulty map light console unit evaluated. Dianna (the Service Advisor) arranged for the mechanic to look at the console while I waited and it was decidedd that a new p console unit evaluated. Dianna (the Service Advisor) arranged for the mechanic to look at the console while I waited and it was decidedd that a new part had to be ordered. I returned the next week to inquire if the part was delivered and Dianna said the part had just arrived. She again exhibited her exemplary customer service by having the mechanic install the part while I waited and the entire "service experience" was extremely courteous and professional. Thank you to Dianna and her talented staff of mechanics. More

A very young inexperienced sales person was not knowledgable about the car and limited us in test driving the car disallowing my spouse to test drive. Upon asking a 2nd sales person to explain the knowledgable about the car and limited us in test driving the car disallowing my spouse to test drive. Upon asking a 2nd sales person to explain the SE platform, he was also unable to do so. All he stated was that it was a bumpy ride. I stated that if I worked in the dealership, I would know more information than provided by either sales persons. 1st sales person never called me with information on the Sonata SE platform although I requested it from him multiple times and even reminded him upon leaving the dealership. As there are only three models of the Sonata, I would expect the deaership to know more about one of the platforms. The whole experience was unsatisfactory. More
AWFUL! Held my car hostage for two days. General Manager Larry was "In a meeting for three hours" No voicemail available to leave a message. I called Avis en route to find out if they had a car available. They had not received a phone call from them all day. I contacted the dealership through the internet and michelle Scalise promptly contacted me back and she was amazing through the whole sale process. Although she doesnt normally work in this store she s michelle Scalise promptly contacted me back and she was amazing through the whole sale process. Although she doesnt normally work in this store she still went out of her way to help me and although there were alot of problems throughout the sale, if not for michelle I would have gone elsewhere. After this experience If I was to get another Hyundai I will drive to valley stream to Deal directly with Michelle instead of the people I had to deal with. Especially the sales person who couldnt make the time to deliver my car to me and sent someone else to do it because he was too busy test driving with other customers. More

All of the salesmen are pathological liars you can get no relief by talking to the managers because they taught the salesmen to lie!! it must have taken 12 hours over 4 visits to get the car i wanted at the price we agreed on. the manager finally agreed to a price, then had the nerve to add 700 dollar advertising fee then a 300 dollar something else fee.. then when the finance guy Mike wrote the contract he slipped in 1200 in charges. after several calls to Hyundai consumer affairs they made things right My sister is handicapped and we needed place close to home, it would have been easier to go to Korea and get the Sonata direct from Hyundai DO NOT GO TO THIS SICK HILLBILLY DEALERSHIP.... THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY LIBERTY HYUNDAI IN MAHWAH IS GREAT horrible/ tortous / absolute nightmare More
Made service reservation by e-mail--got appointment within 2 days at convenient time. Had a transient check engine light illuminate. Also had regular service which had been originally scheduled for within 2 days at convenient time. Had a transient check engine light illuminate. Also had regular service which had been originally scheduled for next week done. Got full explanation of computer readout and tests--got service done and was not charged--it counted as last service on 2 year 24K plan--no need to show any cards or registration--I had expected to pay! Got car washed and vacuumed gratis. All folks I have dealt with at this dealership have been pleasant both when originally buying car and at all 5 service appointments. I always wait for the car, and have gotten service done in reasonable time. I have no complaints at all. More
Sales people (even the finance manager and the big boss) are rude, stupid and arrogant. They don't even know what they talking. They blame the other dealerships for the things they don't know.
