Best dealership I’ve been to. I’ve been going to Rockland Hyundai to get my Tucson serviced. They are always friendly and attentive. The waiting area is clean with comfortable sea I’ve been going to Rockland Hyundai to get my Tucson serviced. They are always friendly and attentive. The waiting area is clean with comfortable seating. They also have free coffee, tea, water, and wifi. Yesterday I decided to upgrade to an Ioniq 5 and the experience was smooth. Buying/leasing a car can be a tedious and exhausting process. The sales manager (Javier) and the salesperson (Manny) were amazing. They even bought a pizza pie for my son and gave him coloring books. This was hands down the best shopping experience with world-class customer service. Highly recommend! More
They sold me a used car in May 2023 that is still registered to the previous owner. We are in August and I still have temporary registration, the car is under previous owners name and the license p registered to the previous owner. I’ve been calling to get this issue resolved but they are still giving me the runaround. This dealership is only after your money & business. More

Have my 2022 Hyundai Tucson towed to the dealership after engined stalled on highway. Chris, was our service advisor. After 2 days at dealership, and no call back or update on car, they don’t even return me engined stalled on highway. Chris, was our service advisor. After 2 days at dealership, and no call back or update on car, they don’t even return messages. Went directly to dealership, and car has not even been look at. Won’t provide loaner because they don’t know if repair would constitute a loaner. What ? So engine issues don’t constitute a loaner ? Have a case number for Hyundai USA Customer Care, because this is the 2nd time I have an issue with the engine. I can go on and on about these guys. Customers beware of their service department. They seem chaotic. Would give “0” stars to the service dept if I could. Can’t speak about the sales department. More
By far the worst experience I have had! I went there looking for a certified pre owned. I first was shown a Tuscon that had to be jump started with a check engine light on. I was upfront with my credit from the scheduling of the appointment. Sales associate Guardy Larame said hey what if I get you in a 2023 Tucson? My exact words “ yea that’s not going to work”! Oh no the famous words “trust me”. I drive her she’s beautiful. He says you’re APPROVED he swiped my card for a $1,000 down I’m crying out of excitement! He high fives me and congratulates me! Next he tells me to cancel the insurance on my Elantra and add the Tuscon! Great Omg this is really happening ! I get the binder emailed the new card emailed. He says okay wait over by the TV gonna get you to finance to sign etc! 10 minutes laters comes over and says “ can you put 4,000 more down or get a co signer? No Gaurdy I told you this as soon as I sat down! The finance guy said “ we’re sales men we get the sale first! The sales manager Javier Cano told me that’s how we do it here!?!? Oh you take a down payment and have venerable people cancel insurance? The finance guy Luis Oliver Sr. says “ Refund her money and call her insurance company to put her car back on. Like nothing like no big deal lady! Beside being angry I was sad that this is how I was treated. Guardy said NOTHING to me! More
