I have never been so poorly treated by a service dept in all my life. Brandon was uncommunicative and rude. I left voicemails and emails that went unanswered and when they were they were outside of business all my life. Brandon was uncommunicative and rude. When I did reach him by phone he would say they were shorthanded and he would call me back, which he never did. Oh, he would say that he had been trying to reach me but my business logs every email and voicemail received. The only time he was responsive was when it was time to pay. I got emails right away. When I emailed his supervisor I never received a call or email back from him either. I have used your dealership many times and have never had this type of experience. I will not be coming back.
