Kevin Leahy was kind and helpful and explained why my car was having the issues that it was. I am thoroughly frustrated that the "death wobble" as it is often referred to is not covered by Jeep since it is c was having the issues that it was. I am thoroughly frustrated that the "death wobble" as it is often referred to is not covered by Jeep since it is caused by a manufacturing problem and not by anything that I did or didn't do. It cost me $3322.01 which is outrageous for a problem that I did not cause. I understand that this is not Kevin's fault however and he listened and sympathized with my frustration. I have owned 5 Jeep Wranglers and because of this problem I will not own another one once I sell this one. It is disappointing because other than this issue I love Jeeps but if the company is not going to do right by it's customers I can no longer support them. As I said, however, this is not Kevin's fault and he tried to help as best he could in this situation, More
