After the service was done on my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee on July 5th I was sent an email from service manager Vic Niosi in regards to whether I was happy with the service and if not please email him with an on July 5th I was sent an email from service manager Vic Niosi in regards to whether I was happy with the service and if not please email him with any issues or concerns. I emailed him the same day advising him of my displeasure with the “Express Oil Change” which actually took over 2 hours. Mr. Niosi has never responded to my email nor did he contact me by cell to discuss my concerns. Not very good customer service from Mr. Niosi, certainly no way to do business. More

Communication is horrible. No way to get to live person. Took nearly 4 weeks to get 3 calls back. Charged $900+ to diag problem, which they claim was disassembled, but wanted $ No way to get to live person. Took nearly 4 weeks to get 3 calls back. Drop your price on the new ram and you have to a lot better on interest rates .
