Nanuet is absolutely horrible. Maria the service manager is very nasty. I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy a car from them or get their car service with them. The service department is an absolute dumpster fire. Maria Capello and Vic Niosi - BAD EGGS. They may be the most deceitful, unprofessional people I have come across in a "customer relations" capacity. Maria Capello and Vic Niosi - BAD EGGS. They may be the most deceitful, unprofessional people I have come across in a "customer relations" capacity. I had a brand new vehicle that had multiple problems. Rather than just be honest - that they had no clue how to fix them - they lied, avoided me, then ultimately dismissed me. Brendan Duper is clueless but probably not his fault since his boss is Maria. Worst experience with a vehicle EVER. Thankfully I've offloaded that xxx. Thanks for the life lessons learned. More

We scheduled an appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation. Customer service contacted us to explain this is a walk in service. We drove up, checked the car in and was done within 1.5 hours. Qui tire rotation. Customer service contacted us to explain this is a walk in service. I had a negative review 4 weeks ago but retuned last week for more needed service. My experience was much better this time. I was kept informed of the service that was needed and an approximate time line whe for more needed service. My experience was much better this time.
