Will continue for regular maintenance but they grossly misdiagnosed a problem and tried to have us very prematurely replace tires that have 20k miles left on them. 0 loaner cars unless you currently lease with them ( even though recording states they do loaner cars ). Time Frame takes forever . 1 week inspection and adjuster for extended warranty. Got the feeling of the customer is the issue and a bother. More

I needed to get one new rim and two new tires for my 2022 wide body shaker scat pack challenger. I showed Brendan what happened and he immediately looked up the parts need for the repairs. Fast!!!!
