Pleasant experience for the most part. I usually have limited issues when I need to bring my car in but my last service experience was slow and incomplete. I was the 2nd car in line for an express oil change right at opening and it took an hour and a half and I feel like it wasn’t until I asked for an update and explained that I needed to get to work that they actually moved it forward. Also, I asked them to re-sync my key because it’s not always working and they didn’t do that. I didn’t notice until I got home and have not had time to go back. More

I brought our 2018 Jeep Compass in for a couple of issues. One appears to be fixed. The bigger issue was that the car sometimes turns off when stopped a a traffic light. I was charged around $2300, mo issues. One appears to be fixed. The bigger issue was that the car sometimes turns off when stopped a a traffic light. I was charged around $2300, most it for labor to solve this issue. I was told the vehicle was tested to make sure everything was fixed. Today the car again stalled out and had to be put into park and restarted. I expect the dealership to fix the issue (at no additional cost to me) or refund most of the $2300. More
