Promised to hold a vehicle for me. I took a day off work, drove 55 miles, and arrived only to find out they'd sold or transferred it off the lot, (no one was sure). They were totally unapologetic, and said - "That's the way it goes - this is business." The salesman who made the bogus promise is Brandon Szymanski - do not trust this individual, (or any one else there for that matter). Truly a bad experience. Stay away from Rock Honda. More
