Amazing! Rock honda you have served my family for going on 2 generations. I called the day b4 coming in, spk 2 Bob mgr. told him my dtr is home from college has little credit history and new on the job ...can we get her in a vehicle he said YES we can with so much confidence that I committed to come in. Next day I was greeted by him and Amazing Andy. (Ask for amazing Andy) They piece together a deal (let me tell you I'm nobody) they impressed me and my children with their ears to hear our every word, they made our concern their concern (very impressive treatment). Then I notice the GM was on the floor (very handsome man) I thought to myself how no matter when I come into the dealership he is always present. I like that. So Bob and Andy made us an amazing deal ... They worked together (love how they worked and worked on our behalf). Finally it was time to meet the finance mgr. Jimmy C. What an amazing man as well. Jimmy handled my dtr with loving care. He spoke directly to both kids and gently walked them through the process... Of not only the paper work but helpful info about the vehicle. My son already owned a civic therefore he stood to gain knowledge from Jimmy who apparently saw the need to inform him as well. I have an idea.... Because this whole process was so amazing I wish I could have video taped it to share with the world!!!! Yes it was a lot of back and forth because we were a special case but they were all in and patient so all I had to do was let them figure out a way to help my dtr.
