Top notch customer service befitting the automotive industry I went in for my 60k mile service on my 2012 Honda Civic. Your associate Soemy was outstanding! She approached me immediately as I stepped out of my I went in for my 60k mile service on my 2012 Honda Civic. Your associate Soemy was outstanding! She approached me immediately as I stepped out of my car once I pulled up in the service zone. She was smiling and made me feel welcome. Her attitude and demeanor was pleasant and enjoyable to be around. She took me inside and instead of sending me off to someone else, she handled my work order herself. She was very informative of the services that were requested on my last visit and made sure to point out what would be best for me and my service needs. Because of her knowledge and the overall experience, I decided to upgrade my service from a $200 service to a $680 service to fulfill all of my cars needs. Soemy was great at following up with me via phone about my brakes (I had requested them to be inspected) and was quick to call me once my car was ready. When I returned to pick up my car, she assisted me in closing out my transaction and waited with me to make sure my car arrived on time and to ensure the entire experience was to my satisfaction. I even received a follow up call to make sure my car was running the way it should be and that I did not have any issues. It's employee's like Soemy that keep me coming back to Rock Honda for all of my service and new car needs. I have been a customer of yours for a very long time (have purchased a total of three Honda Civics from you) and I will continue to do so because of your amazing staff, clean facility, and top notch service. You actually make me feel welcome and make the entire car service a pleasant experience. Sep5,2015 me and my husband went to Rock Honda to look at Honda Civic SE attempting to find a better deal. On that day the sales man and sale manager offer a good looking deal after an hour of negotiation. My husband had to leave before signing the paper, in the middle of signing paper, I ask when I can test drive before I sign , and the sales person told me that my husband said no need to test drive the car is good(which I later asked and that was a lie). I insisted, after test drive I was happy with the car and I went to sign the final document. After I sign the paper I notice there was a 240$ extra charge for door guard, I didn't add the door guard and I asked the sales person TWICE and he keep saying I don't have to pay for it, just paper. When I pick up my car , the door guard is peeling off a little bit( CLEARLY just added on). Sep9, 2015 Rock Honda called me and told me they didn't charge the down payment, which on that day I gave them my card to charge for the down payment. So I went there with my husband to give them the down payment also ask some questions about door guard since we feel it was added as a hidden charge. When we get to Rock Honda, the sales man greet us and we ask him about the question , moment later he asked his FINACE MANGER to come to talk to us. He came and took us to office, at that time we have a check ready, but that check was under my husband hands. Without asking he just took it into his own possession. That was EXTREMLY rude, but I did not say anything since we going to give it to them anyways. After we enter the office he was explaining how the (hidden charge) was MENDATORY for all new cars, which we have no idea or anyone told us before hand, PLUS it was added RIGHT after they pull the car out. In his defense he said that due to windy, all new car NEEDED to add door guard, but how u going to add door guard to a car that DONT have door guard and charge the customer for it? he cannot explain himself and keep insisting it was MENDATORY, so we said , isn't that kind of fraud? Since I ask twice what is that paper about the door guard about, and the sales person said we don't have to pay for it but yet it shows on the paper it was charged. He exploded on us with BAD attitude and walk out, During our conversation he took the time to process our check without even asking us. On that point I wanted to ask to get my check back and talk to someone in higher position, he just said " no This is ours and you are 4 days late". EXCUSE ME? I gave them the card to charge on the day I lease the car, First it is there fault for not charging and it is there mistake. We took our time (TIME > Money) to come to ROCK HONDA to give them the down payment, all we had was some questions and this is what we get. Ok after that we waited there for 20 minutes since we asked to talk to the supervisor. He slam the table to give us the receipt for the check, and after 20 long minutes the supervisor did not come, only a sales manager came to convince us that was part of the deal and so on. While the manger is talking to us , the FINACE MANAGER said "don't worry if they do anything FRAUD is ON THEM" I didn't bother to keep listening at that point, so I just left with my husband. We took our precious time to go to the dealer ship, due to there mistake, and this is the treatment we get in return. I feel unjust and I want to share it with everyone this horrible experience. Our time , there mistakes , and they call us fraud after they lie? We even asked to speak to a supervisor but he didn't call them for us, wonder why? ARE YOU SCARED EDRIS??
