I received an email for this survey a couple days later which i intended to fill out when i had free time and i kept getting calls all morning regarding the survey. I understand the surveys are important but less calls in the future would be better, or at least just one a day. I was in an important meeting and my phone kept buzzing from all the calls. More

Worse experience ever WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!! I went in to purchase a vehicle at this dealership on a Friday night... August 4th to be exact.. at approximately 8 p WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!! I went in to purchase a vehicle at this dealership on a Friday night... August 4th to be exact.. at approximately 8 pm..... went on a test drive, loved the civic that I drove so proceeded to full out the credit application and that's where the fun began. First my sales person said I might need close to 10k down payment and my payment would be over $700 a month. Of course I said NO... he then proceeded to go speak to his finance manager .... he comes back and tells me he can't give me an answer until the following day... I say "ok" Saturday comes around and I patiently by my phone for his call.....m which NEVER came. Sunday(day 3).... I text him first thing In the morning , just to try and get and answer, to which he says, "my finance manager never got back to me, but I will defenitly let you know today" ..... fair enough. So I waited ....and waited .... and waited some more. No answer what so ever. Now I'm a little upset. Monday(day 4) No call ... no text .... no nothing. I figured, why not give someone else a try at this deal..... went to a different dealership on Monday August 7th... test drove , got approved by Honda , lower down payment, lower monthly payment , better car all within a 24 hour period. How is that possible you ask... Well it's simple .... some dealerships REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. By the way just in case you were wondering, it is August 15th ... still haven't heard from the sales person at Rock Honda if I got approved or not for my car purchase. Not Good !!!!! More
