March 2018 car service Thank you for the great customer service Rock Honda. Service representative was great and management too. I was just suppose to bring car for oil Thank you for the great customer service Rock Honda. Service representative was great and management too. I was just suppose to bring car for oil change. Service representative explained what the reason for other services which made it clear and understandable. Prices was still high although supposedly discount was offer. Even with discount still felt pricey, but expected when you go to a dealership compared to non dealership. Suggestions: healthy snacks nuts in packages, apples, banana besides donuts More
