AC Maintenance Honda CRV Eduardo was very helpful. A/C was repaired the same day and is working fabulously. The young kid retrieving the cars was hustling and greeted all th Eduardo was very helpful. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was my second visit to have my 2017 Pilot repaired for the same issue. Both times car was not repaired and staff and management deflected responsibility. Went to a visit to have my 2017 Pilot repaired for the same issue. Both times car was not repaired and staff and management deflected responsibility. Went to a different dealer who took care of everything same day and under warranty. So long Rock Honda, you failed! More

ongoing issue not resolved since got the car Bought the odyssey elite top of the line with insurance a couple of years ago. Lots of bugs with the car after a few months, specially with speakers. Bought the odyssey elite top of the line with insurance a couple of years ago. Lots of bugs with the car after a few months, specially with speakers. speakers started to have very load static noise and dvd player would not work at times. at the beginning it was happening maybe once a month which was not a big issue to us until became more frequent. we then took it dealership and they would tell us that they would not check on it unless they could hear it. of course this has been a challenge since the problem was not there all the time. countless times problem would appear and as soon we get to dealership the noise disappeared. we recorded on cell phone to prove it but still they did not believed us. so we dealt with this problem for a couple of years until the problem was there all the time. so we finally took it to the dealership were they would take a look at it. we would leave the minivan at dealership for days and they would tell us the problem was fixed. but after picking up the minivan it was obvious the problem was not resolved. we have taken the minivan multiple times to dealership multiple times and still not resolved and no contact back about solution. we feel that we have paid top dollar thinking we got the best minivan but ended so disappointed. I have owned many hondas in the past past but no longer. as far as dealership, horrible service. More
