I have another vehicle and whenever it is time for its maintenance I get stressed out because, eventhough I have an appo have never disappointed me. Never again Rock Honda in Fontana are shysters and a dishonest dealership they bait and switched financing on my young son that purchased his first car on his own, On October 3, 2020 they financed him a dishonest dealership they bait and switched financing on my young son that purchased his first car on his own, On October 3, 2020 they financed him at 3.6% for 60 months through Honda Financial. Over a month later they contact him to resign his contract due to Honda Finance not financing him after all. They offered him the option of signing a new contract at 8.24% for 72 months (3K more in total cost) or return the vehicle, this was after they ran his credit so many times it dragged down his credit score down from 747 to 611 where he would have no chance of getting another car at a decent percentage rate from another dealership. I advised him to walk away and wait but he felt he had no choice to but to keep the car. I am retired Military and now a public servant and I thought I was doing the right thing having my son buy his car on his own credit, little did I know he would be bait and switched by a major dealership. If you’re Active Military, a Veteran or public servant stay away from this dishonest dealership they are a disgrace to the Honda brand and will over charge you and rip you off, STAY AWAY!!! More
