We love the dealership and a great experience with buying our car and service of getting something done was great. But the service time on servicing our vehicle was ridiculous. I had an appointment at 1:30 ( our car and service of getting something done was great. But the service time on servicing our vehicle was ridiculous. I had an appointment at 1:30 (I even got there a little early) and did not get out of there until almost 5. I waited for two hours for someone to write up a ticket and put in what we wanted. Why have an appointment if they are not going to adhere to getting it in t that time? More

I bought in my vehicle for service for the included warranty to do an oil change and inspection. I made an appointment but the dealer was short staffed so I was assisted by Shafiq. He was quick and found my information in the computer and then made adjustments to get my service going even though I was short 3K on the odometer for service. The vehicle was ready in an hr. and they even rotated the tires. He explained when my next service was due and that they always have special prices on maintenance. More
