Rock honda is not the same. The new ownership and their policy suck. Marisa Navarro advisor was great and awesome with her assistance. Honda would not help assist with a back order part that was deemed malfunction paid out of pocket 1800$ plus wear and tear service.$2500. I like to keep my 2014 Accord in shape. I like that popcorn and coffee is still free..lol it's the lil things. Either way I'll continue to take my car in for service. But I do want to be very clear that rock honda isn't the same. And it shows.theres No oil change coupons like before. They're not about customer service and their loyalty. I've bought 4 cars from rock honda. More
