Absolutely incompetent team from the service manager all the way up to the General Manager, Robert Williams. They refuse to fix a broken windshield they were paid for. Furthermore, the General Manager i the way up to the General Manager, Robert Williams. They refuse to fix a broken windshield they were paid for. Furthermore, the General Manager is rude, unprofessional and refuses to accept responsibility. This is from an email he sent: "Rockhill ford will not have any more involvement with this customer. We have spent a lot of time also but that ends now. No work will be performed on Billy’s vehicle going forward at Rockhill ford. Billy please take your business elsewhere." - Robert Williams More
