I purchased a 2019 Ram Laramie from this dealership in May of 2022. I have already had to replace the starter, the battery, I had a bent axle, and a bent rim. Took 5 hours to get my oil changed. Said they had the Rotella t6 all synthetic oil I requested. Called me didn’t have the oil wanted to use a substitute, “I said no”.
