I talked to Paige Willenberg on a weekday afternoon on my lunch break. She was kind, articulate, and intelligent in explaining what a Wrangler 4xe has to offer. She and some of her colleagues could not explain the EV tax credit, but I don't think they legally can because of tax advice/any possibility of liability related to the dealership. Paige did a quick price breakdown for the vehicle I wished to purchase (a Wrangler 4xe- trim didn't matter). I explained that I had a Fiat 500L that I wanted to trade-in and she said that the dealership wouldn't take it because it's a manual transmission 2014 Fiat with 100k miles. I understood and appreciated her honesty. Had it not been a weekday at 12 pm, there is no doubt in my mind that Paige would have my best interests in mind, and although she may not give me the deal I wanted right away, that is her job, and I understand that. Her professionalism was even extended to the following Saturday, when Siri sent a message from my phone, intended for another Paige I know, to her. Paige responded quickly, and asked what I meant. I clarified. She followed up on my Jeep wishes 2 days later, and I told her I went another way because of the Fiat trade-in. While I have some connections to other dealerships, I will not hesitate to recommend Paige to my friends and family that are interested in Jeeps and RAMs. I am aware that we are in a low-incentive, low-inventory, high-online-order environment. Paige did not need to give me the attention she gave, especially because I'm a 23 year old looking to buy an expensive vehicle that most think is outside of my budget. She didn't have to take me seriously, but she gave me her full attention. Her tone of voice never shifted, she wasn't on her phone while talking to me. Excellent experience. Her service was equal to the sales person I encountered for my purchase and trade-in. She sets the bar high for future car purchases. She even gave me her personal number for contact! More
