We had brought our car to another dealer prior to a long towing trip to fix an engine misfire. The other dealer kept our car 3 days and I was told they couldn’t get to our car because some techs quit. This towing trip to fix an engine misfire. We then called Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep and the service rep (Brad) went above and beyond to get our car serviced and completed in time for our trip. We were extremely appreciative he was able to work us in after hearing our circumstance. The service was outstanding and our car ran great on our 800 mile trip towing a travel trailer through Canada.
