Terrible service. They lie and if you are there to have you car repaired under warranty good luck! They treat you like a criminal and not a customer. I will never ever buy a car from this facility or have anything done here.1st brad said nothing is wrong with my car. I told him sir my vehicle isn't shifting properly ! After begging him to double check the vehicle. He calls leaves me a message saying we found the issue and they are recommending a new transmission. Awesome they found the problem. 8 days later after trying to get a hold of Brad calling and leaving numerous messages patiently waiting to find out what's gonna happen next. After telling the operator brad the service advisor isn't answering my calls and I would like to speak to the manager. She got a hold of Brad. Brad tells me we didn't find anything wrong with you car. But wait you just left me a message 8 days ago saying I needed a new transmission! Problem still has not been fixed. I would give this place -100 stars if I could .stay away. I have told a lot of people how terrible this place is! More

Financing took 9 hours, no reason for that as I’m in good credit standing and a repeat there, price went up three times, I said fine I was drained. Then the window switch went bad, took it back, given an app credit standing and a repeat there, price went up three times, I said fine I was drained. Called dealership back (all of this is within two weeks, brand new 24 Ram) lied to about service time, lied to about getting a loaner, lied to about a tank of gas, just given complete xxxx until I took it to a different dealership and was taken care of in five minutes, given a loaner, and I pick up my ram tomorrow. Worst part is is that no one even called me to apologize or make up For it. Rochester is the worst. Very ashamed and disrespected from this dealership and I’d rather crawl then get another car from Mike or them. I will not return nor will my friends and family. Woulda thought he was a celebrity or something. He doesn’t even show on time. Ridiculous treatment. More
