Nice service person to talk too, lack in actual service Had to take the jeep in for a recall and when speaking with the service person over the phone, we were told the work would take about 3 hours. Set an appointment to drop off the jeep and we were there on time 7:00am on a Friday for a 3 hour fix. 10 day later and many calls and conversations, we finally get the jeep back. We did quoted on some common services which were all at the high end for that type of service. I suppose they are unaware of Google or they are looking for people who dont check their options. I believe since we did not go with any of the other services they wanted to sell, they didn't have a sense of urgency. Sorry to say, but we are looking for a different car/suv and if we stay with a jeep, it will not be from here. More

New Challenger RT. Saw an AD for various Challengers and was looking for a Stick shift. None were available in 2017 models in the 3 dealers I looked at. I drove an Autom Saw an AD for various Challengers and was looking for a Stick shift. None were available in 2017 models in the 3 dealers I looked at. I drove an Automatoc at a loc dealer and liked it very much. The sales rep was pushy and high pressure so I left. I received an e-mail from Jordon at your place witch was an excellent summary of ALL the Challengers u had in stock. I followed up with several phone calls and set a day to meet. I arrived last Friday, met Jordon who was great and he introduced me to Cody. We talked quite a bit, told him what my budget was and showed him my car to trade in. He in turn took the car to your people who "loved my car". Cody then worked up prices including ALL available discounts. Their were 2 cars I was interested in, same car 2 different colors. I told him the pricing looked good but I would bring my wife in the following Monday. I was about 90 percent sure of everything. We arrived. This Monday, chose the color, and test drove the car. I asked to check to see if a further discount could be had for my car. Cody checked with personnelwho agreed on a further reduction and we closed the sale. This one of the BEST experiences I have ever had buying a car. Cody did an excellent job with follow-up, answering questions snd providing answers to my questions.
